Position Details:

Salary: This position will be entirely commission based, all loan officers being independent contractors

Commission: Your commission is 75% straight off the top of the total rebate and points. All checks will be cut within 48 hours of the brokerage check collection.

Education: High School education is a must, some college is preferred. A license is not required.

Experience: 1 year of experience preferred, you must demonstrate the ability to originate and fund loans.

Training: No training will be provided by United Partners Mortgage and Realty. You must also be able to provide your own leads, they will not be provided to you.

Equipment and Skills: Must be computer and internet literate. You must be able to submit loans by fax or email. You must also be equipped with your own home office supplies and equipment, such as a fax machine and a computer.

Quota: There is no quota. If you don't close any loans, that is fine. If you close many loans, you will be paid a great commission, it's entirely up to you. Work full time, or part time, whenever is convenient to you.

Credit: This position requires no money out of your pocket. There is a simple 1 page application to fill out. Fax over the submission and that is it. There will always be someone at United Partners Mortgage and Realty to speak with.
